The symbiosis of the square with justice: The strategic alliance of the protest with SPAK as a condition for the overthrow of caste and white-collar crime!

In today’s Albanian political landscape, articulating a clear and visible alliance with the Special Anti-Corruption Structure (SPAK) is a strategic necessity for the civic movement. Faced with a consolidated regime, any sincere effort to overthrow the mega-corruption government and cleanse the corrupt political class depends entirely on the support that the protest must offer this institution of justice.
The greatest challenge of our society today is not simply administrative corruption, but white-collar organized crime, which has penetrated the highest levels of the political class, using the law and institutions as a shield for its criminal activity.
SPAK, as a vital investment of the Americans and Europeans — or, in other words, of the Euro-Atlantic factor — needs popular support to function at full capacity against this untouchable elite.
In order for the protest to achieve its final goal, it must formalize this union and serve as the internal "fuel" that drives and protects the mechanism of the new justice.
To understand the weight of this union, it is important to remember that SPAK was created with 140 votes of the Albanian Parliament, under the then extraordinary pressure of America and the European Union.
However, the political reality that followed brought to light the three main enemies of this structure.
The first to openly oppose it was Sali Berisha, and then Ilir Meta also aligned himself with the same line. On the other hand, Edi Rama, initially thinking that SPAK would not affect him and the Socialist Party, was flattering from above and boasting to public opinion that this structure was an exclusive creation of the SP. This attitude changed radically the moment the institutional "creature" turned its focus to the ruling party's dome and arrested the mayor of Tirana, Erion Veliaj.
This event made Rama realize that this white-collar crime he led could no longer be packaged as a political success and that SPAK was not under his control, but belonged to the Euro-Atlantic geopolitical design.
This mutation of state capture is no longer an isolated phenomenon in the capital’s central offices. Today, local government has suffered a total degradation, with almost half of Albania’s municipalities having de facto become crime zones, administered by cells that operate with mafia logic for money laundering and the alienation of public property.
This capillary network of local corruption is fed by the same spirit that has infected the Albanian Parliament itself, which from a temple of legislation has been transformed into a political haven for the protection of institutional crime.
When municipalities and parliament function as coordinated shields for corrupt rulers, SPAK's fight becomes asymmetrical and urgently requires the awakening of the public as a democratic counterweight.
This change in perception and fear of losing control also brought about the aggressive reaction of the executive, which itself is a crime zone.
Initially, the prime minister made "strong" statements against SPAK, but the institutional degradation reached its peak when this justice structure demanded that the Albanian Parliament lift Belinda Balluku's immunity.
At this point, Rama openly opposed the prosecution, rejecting SPAK's request through "blue" crime cards in parliament.
In this entire historical-political panorama, the three sides of the so-called "Bermuda Triangle" are not alone in their fierce fight to annihilate SPAK; The main support of this triangle are the oligarchs, who have also begun to be hit by the investigations of the special prosecutor's office who are waiting for their turn.
Therefore, the success of the protest for the overthrow of this corrupt class is inextricably linked to an open and formalized alliance with SPAK, as the only way to break the common front of the old politics, white-collar crime and the oligarchy and structured criminal groups that have captured all state institutions!
On the contrary, if this alliance is not clearly displayed in the square, the corrupt caste will continue to hide behind the blue cards of the assembly, the crime offices in the municipalities and the towers of the oligarchy and the sold-out opposition's vultures, convinced that they can block justice forever.
But times have changed and their calculations in the offices are proving wrong.
While the old political trio joins forces with the economic monopolies to erect defensive walls, history has shown that white-collar crime's days are numbered.
SPAK may delay through procedures and files, but it never forgets.
Therefore, the gentlemen of central and local government had better listen up, because very soon, just when they think they have blocked justice in parliament, they will hear the sharp knock on their offices:
Knock-knock, open the door, it's SPAK.
