3 people arrested for "War crimes against the civilian population" during the Kosovo war

Three people have been arrested on suspicion of involvement in war crimes against civilians during 1998-1999 and have been placed in detention for 48 hours. The news was confirmed in the 24-hour report of the Kosovo Police, which states that the case is being treated as “War crimes against the civilian population.”
According to the report, the incident is related to the municipalities of Pristina and Lipjan during the war. After a long phase of investigation, the police managed to locate and initially arrest two people in the city of Lipjan, in two different locations.
The arrested persons have been identified as BT (male) and NC (female). A third person, MI (male), was also detained in Pristina during the same operation.
The suspects are accused of inhumane acts against Albanian detainees during the war, including physical and psychological violence, while they served as guards and correctional officers in the penal institutions of Pristina and Lipjan.
