Spahiu on the RTK scandal: Adi Krasta should side with the resigned journalists and not with the party

The debate that broke out in Kosovo about the fake news produced by a Bosnian portal and then broadcast by RTK, where the media were attacked in the direction of journalists Berat Buzhala and Ilir Mirena, critics of Albin Kurti, for being financed by Belgrade, has brought reactions of numerous in Kosovo.
3 members of the board have resigned, while criticism has been directed towards the deputy general director of RTK, journalist Adi Krasta, who has not sided with the other journalists, to line up against the publication of the news.
In an interview for Report TV, the lawyer Kreshnik Spahiu says that Krasta should have sided with the resigned journalists and not with the party in power, which is Vetëvendosja.
The protagonist of the Albanian media, Adi Krasta, the well-known journalist, has been found because of his position as Deputy General Director at RTK, and this has culminated due to the debate on the eve of the elections. Krasta is expected to be the director. It has been the focus of criticism from his colleagues, it would have been advisable for Adi Krasta to have distanced himself from this conflict. He should have sided with the journalist and his colleagues and not the Vetëvendosje party.
All the debate has been addressed in the criticisms that have had to react. There is an alignment in this great professional debate in which all journalists are aligned against, politics against government. This news was then used by Kurti to attack the two journalists. Krasta should have reflected that this news should not have been given and had space on Kosovo TV. Krasta should be aligned with journalism. I would have liked to have seen it on the professional side.' - said Spahiu.
