21-year-old from Kosovo dies at work in Italy

A 21-year-old worker has lost his life in Villadossola, Verbano-Cusio-Ossola province in Italy.

According to Italian media, the victim is Pashtrik Krasniqi, a young man originally from Kosovo, who was electrocuted while working on a platform at a height of 6 meters.

Initial reports indicate that he accidentally touched an electrical cable while dismantling scaffolding after completing renovation work on a building.

The Virgilio.it website says that during the dismantling, Pashtrik Krasniqi is suspected of having touched the cable with the ball of his foot, which caused the loss of his life.
