Monika Lubonja files criminal charges against Adi Hila: I have turned to justice, I do not give an account for love

Monika Lubonja has reacted publicly after the publication of intimate videos with composer Adrian Hila, announcing that she has sought justice for the violation of her privacy.

Through a post on social media, the actress announced that she has filed a complaint with the Criminal Chamber of the First Instance Court in Tirana, where she raises claims of insult and unfair interference in private life.

Lubonja states that she was not aware of the recording of intimate materials and that she did not consent to them being filmed or distributed. 

The actress emphasizes that she will pursue the matter through legal channels until the truth is fully revealed.

"I had no knowledge, I did not consent to be filmed, recorded or for intimate materials to be distributed, sold or published. I loved someone and I trusted. I am not ashamed of the love I gave. It hurts me that my trust has been turned into a weapon against me.

I ask the media to respect my privacy and not to publish or speculate on the publication of intimate materials.

"I have turned to justice and will follow this path to the end. I will pursue it legally and I am sure that the truth will speak ," Lubonja writes in her reaction.
