But the only service provided, SPAK declares, is the organization of dinner at the "Gzona" restaurant with a value of 4 million ALL.

Even Elton Marini, under house arrest as a partner of a private company, is suspected of being involved in this scheme after appearing when communicating with Kurtulaj, who asks him to write down the value of the invoice of 16,600 euros.
