Did he ask Rama before filing the complaint with SPAK? Balla responds to Berisha's lawyer in court: I did not get permission from the mayor to…

The next session at the GJKKO on the "Partizani" file was accompanied by new discussions, where the head of the SP Parliamentary Group, Taulant Balla, was at the center of the questions.
Former Prime Minister Sali Berisha's lawyer, Genc Gjokutaj, asked Balla if he had informed Prime Minister Edi Rama about the report made regarding this matter.
"Not at all, I didn't," Balla replied, emphasizing that he did not receive permission from the party chairman for any report.
Gjokutaj continued by asking him if he was aware that Rama had signed on this issue, alluding to earlier decisions regarding the property.
Balla responded that he was unaware of such a thing, adding that he had not been informed of such actions.
The lawyer also raised the issue of public interest, asking whether Balla had shared this concern with his political chairman.
"I have never received permission from the party chairman for any report," Balla repeated.
Following the questions, Gjokutaj asked Balla if he knew Rama.
"I definitely know it. I know it systematically," he said.
Asked if he had taken concrete actions to prevent what he described as a corrupt procedure, Balla said that he had raised the issue in Parliament and then filed a complaint as a citizen.
At one point in the debate, Gjokutaj stated that there is a contradiction between Balla's testimony and the actions taken by Rama, referring to the allegations about changing the destination of a sports club into a construction site.
"Your confession today contradicts the action your president has taken," the lawyer said.
Balla reacted by emphasizing once again that he had not received permission from the party chairman for the report and that he had acted independently.
