Ajola Xoxa objects to the inspections at Partner Law/ Objection is filed, the High Court appoints the judge for the review

Ajola Xoxa is not separated from the courts in the country after recently opposing the audits of the Partner Law company.

In the latter, several invoices and notes for considerable amounts were discovered between OFJ Ajola Xoxa and Elman Abule's company.

From the checks conducted, SPAK discovered several invoices that were later used as criminal evidence against her.

After the Supreme Court overturned Harabel's controls, Ajola Xoxa has again appealed to the third instance of the judiciary, this time to challenge the controls of Partner Law.

This law office has been subject to SPAK surveillance, where invoices were also discovered that various businessmen had made agreements for the transfer of funds.

More specifically, the seized materials also revealed Ajola Xoxa's connection with businessman Elman Abule for the debt on several consultancy invoices.

The investigative file states that "Rametal" shpk still owed "Partners Law" shpk of citizen Ajola Xoxa the amount of 25,200 Euros and "Ava Studio" shpk of Valbona Xoxa, Ajola Xoxa's mother, 18,000 Euros.

These controls have previously been overturned by two levels of the judiciary, but Ajola Xoxa hopes to win in the high court.

The draw has determined Judge Albana Boksi, while the lawyers are awaiting the date and time of the hearing.

According to SPAK, Ajola Xoxa had several OFJs under management for which 5 businessmen who received funds from the Tirana municipality distributed them to Xoxa centers under the guise of providing various services.

For these actions, she is under mandatory reporting, while her husband Erjon Veliaj is in prison.

Five businessmen are also part of the file, while the investigation continues to uncover other individuals involved.
