Balluk's arrest, SPAK's new request arrives at the Parliament

SPAK has sent to the Presidency of the Parliament the second request for lifting the immunity of MP Belinda Balluku. Although the Parliament has not publicly announced the initiation of the requested procedures and the non-obstruction of justice. In addition to the measure of banning her from leaving the country, SPAK is expected to re-request the arrest of the defendant Balluku.

This file necessarily involves investigative actions against Prime Minister Edi Rama. The intercepted messages also reveal the Prime Minister's involvement in economic favors for several tenders and services addressed to his businessmen clients.
