The victim is the son of the former judge of the Court of Serious Crimes, Fran Prendi, who was dismissed from the vetting process.

In the video that is circulating on social networks, Rama during his speech in front of the people of Pukyan says that the son of a former judge who left the veting threatened the citizens with a gun, apparently referring to the 27-year-old Claudio Prendi.
