He pledged that every legalization document will be considered a deed and that every fine imposed by KESH, the police or IKMT will be forgiven. Also, construction taxes will be reduced 10 times and the social tax will be abolished.
Berisha promised to establish a living wage of 200 euros for every citizen and pensioner, as well as a minimum wage of 500 euros. He added that every salary would increase by 13% within 100 days, and a 10% income tax would be applied to any salary above the minimum.
For small businesses, energy will be reduced to 6 lek/kWh and taxes for public spaces from 1500 to 120 lek. The limit for VAT and profit tax will go to 180 thousand euros, while for large businesses, profit tax will be reduced from 23% to 10%.
In the agricultural sector, Berisha promised subsidies equal to those of Kosovo and Macedonia, removing discriminatory criteria for farmers in the northeastern and southeastern areas.
In healthcare, the Italian list of medicines for reimbursement will be established, while the price of oil and energy will be lower than in Kosovo and Macedonia.
Berisha described this mission as an effort without personal interest in power, but as an obligation to return money and dignity to citizens. He called on the citizens of Dibra to vote for real change on May 11th.
