"It is a contract whose first written trace dates back to March 30, in an exchange of letters between the Continental Strategic company and Mr. Nuredin Seci, who appears as a representative of an Albanian foundation, Make Albania Great Again. It was also signed by Flamur Noka. In financial terms, the term is 2 years, but there is a clause that says that if one of the parties wants to, they can terminate the contract after three months. 750 thousand dollars are paid, they have already been paid, but if the DP wants to terminate the contract after 3 months, they notify the company after 60 days and this amount remains.
