Berisha promises the citizens of Kukës: We will remove the traffic jam from the first week! You will not pay a single penny!

The leader of the Democratic Party, Sali Berisha, has promised the citizens of Kukës that with the coming to power of the DP, the barrier on the National Road will be removed within the first week.

Berisha: Barely 10km of road to Shishtavec is finished, they excluded Kukës from traffic, an ugly crime! To enter Kukës you have to go around. Shame on Edi Rama for this act. You cannot close the entrance to the city.
