Denunciation of Gaz Bardhi, police react: The relative of the DP candidate was accompanied according to the law, we are impartial!

After strong accusations raised by the chairman of the Democratic Party Parliamentary Group, Gazment Bardhi, the State Police has officially reacted, denying claims of pressure against the family members of the DP candidate in Fier, Silva Hasaj.

In a public statement, the State Police explains that the escort of citizen AH, a relative of candidate Hasaj, was carried out in full compliance with legal procedures and that the materials for the case in question have been referred to the Prosecutor's Office.

" The allegation raised by Mr. Gazment Bardhi is untrue. The State Police has acted in accordance with the law and has not exercised any act of political pressure or intimidation, " the statement says.

The Police also emphasizes that it is completely impartial and committed to guaranteeing order, security and the inviolability of the vote during the electoral process, distancing itself from any political entity.

We clarify to the public opinion that regarding the status published by the political leader of the Democratic Party for the Fier region, Mr. GB, in which he claimed that the State Police exerted pressure on the family members of the Democratic Party candidate for deputy, Ms. SH, (citizen AH who was accompanied, her relative), we emphasize that the claim is untrue since the Police have carried out all procedural actions in accordance with the law in this case and the materials have been referred to the Prosecutor's Office.

The State Police guarantees citizens and all political entities that it is completely separate from political entities and focused solely on enforcing the law, ensuring order and security throughout the electoral campaign, and the inviolability of the vote.
