As the protest entered its 19th day, citizens surrounded the Parliament building, where the plenary session is taking place.
They have called on MPs to surrender their mandates.
"Hand over the mandates" and "Mafia Parliament" were the chants accompanying this rally.
Prime Minister Edi Rama is also present at the session today.
