Attacks on Dumani and Berisha's silence on Ilir Shtufi

Everyone was surprised why Berisha attacked Altin Dumani again this Monday before SPAK, who in fact has no connection to the file for which he is being investigated. The prosecutors of the "Partizani" file are Arben Kraja and Enkeleda Millonai. But during all this time, surprisingly, Berisha has attacked, pressured and threatened Dumani.
Someone might say that he was the leader of SPAK. What about today? Why does Berisha go to the door of SPAK twice a month to attack it? Why doesn't he attack Klodian Braho, but continues with Dumani?
SPAK's major operation to crack down on drug money launderers in Tirana also highlighted the reasons why Berisha attacks Dumani.
SPAK has issued an arrest warrant for money laundering against businessman Ilir Shtufi, following an operation that hit a drug trafficking group led by the two Koçeku brothers from Kamza. Ilir Shtufi is a businessman in the construction field, but not only, who is suspected of collaborating with this criminal group by laundering money obtained from drug trafficking.
Shtufi has also been rumored to have ties to Shkëlzen Berisha, the son of former Prime Minister Sali Berisha. He is the builder of several towers in Tirana, including the skyscraper "Mali i Tiranës".
Shtufi is a controversial name in the Balluku file and has been the subject of checks by SPAK as part of the investigations into former Deputy Prime Minister Balluku. Ilir Shtufi's Nova Construction company is one of the three operators that won the tender for Lot 4 of the Grand Ring Road in Tirana, a procedure which is currently under investigation by SPAK.
