Session at the GJKKO fails, Vokshi: The prosecutor was absent without reason,

The Special Court Against Corruption and Organized Crime has postponed the court session between businesswoman Vilma Nushi and DP MP Albana Vokshi, following the defamation lawsuit against the latter, regarding the issue of concessions in healthcare and the check-up affair.

The postponement of the session was due to the absence of the prosecutor in the case, while for the Democratic lawmaker this is intentional on the part of the prosecution, to silence her in the face of abuses and corrupt schemes in healthcare.

'The session was postponed because the prosecutor was absent, he had not sent a notice of his absence. Logic suggests that it was intentional, it was they themselves who invested the court to make me silent in the face of injustices, abuses and staggering corruption with the abuses of the check-up.

"They have scheduled the next session for May 6, during campaign time, they want to take away our campaign time ," Vokshi said in a brief statement to the media after the session was postponed.

In the last session, on April 15, DP MP Albana Vokshi denounced through documents that argued the abuses of entrepreneur Vilma Nushi, also a relative of Prime Minister Edi Rama, the concession contract signed between the government and the businesswoman for check-up analyses, where for just one of them, the entrepreneur receives 18 thousand lek from the state from citizens' taxes for one that costs 7 thousand lek.
