Today the protest has entered its 14th day, where for 2 weeks an extraordinary number of citizens, mainly Gen Z, have demanded the resignation of the government and the overthrow of the establishment.
Today, the rally was joined by a man who fled the country 33 years ago, who declared that the reason for his flight was the terror exercised by former president Sali Berisha, after he had requested his resignation.
In his appeal, the protester called on Prime Minister Edi Rama to resign and pave the way for serious investors.
"33 years ago, I asked the president of the time to resign and because of terror, I left the country.
We were carried away by the December movements.
Gratitude to the allied countries that gave opportunities to Albanians.
Together we will build Albania, because we have brilliant people. Those who are outside will build the country together with those who are inside.
I have been bringing investors to the country for years, but the doors to serious investors have been closed, open the doors and resign.
"The spirit of the Albanian nation cannot be defeated."
