SPAK file: Here's how "Fusha Shpk" with shareholder Shkëlqim

Another businessman for whom SPAK has imposed a mandatory reporting measure is Shkëlqim Fusha. Owner of the construction company 'Fusha Shpk'. This is also a company closely linked to public works during the period of the municipality's management during the three mandates of Erion Veliaj.

Even for businessman Fusha, an attempt was made to make a clientelist law for him to donate land to the National Theater, the building was razed despite the opposition of the actors. According to SPAK, Veliaj has signed a building permit in the village of Yrshek in Tirana, which would be built by the company 'Fusha Shpk' of businessman SHkëlqim Fusha. But here too, one of the NGOs set up by Ajola Xoxa, Mr. Veliaj's wife, comes into play.

Who, through this NGO, carries out strange banking transactions, which SPAK says are benefits derived from her husband's clientelism with the administrator of the company 'Fusha' SHPK.

From the documents administered by the Municipality of Tirana, it is proven that 'Fusha' Shpk, with businessman Shkëlqim Fusha as a shareholder, has obtained building permits from this municipality at different times. In one of these cases, Erion Veliaj signed a permit for a house in Yrshek that the company 'Fusha' shpk would build.

After receiving permission, the company 'Fusha' shpk, transfers a significant amount of money to the account of two lawyers, close associates of Ajola Xoxa, and they transfer half of the money to the account of 'Harabel'.

According to SPAK, a significant portion of the funding provided for the 'Harabel' center, which as we said is owned by Ajola Xoxa, mainly sponsorships from entities that are connected in one way or another to the municipality of Tirana, is used for Ajola Xoxa's rent payments.

Likewise, as settlements of invoices for services provided by her family members' companies.

But these are apparently not the only businessmen with whom the Veliaj-Xoxa couple has collaborated in these corrupt affairs.

Which they did through the NGOs set up by Ms. Xoxa.

As are the cases of several other construction companies.

The company 'NAN Gallery' has been found to be financed by companies and individuals who have received funds directly or indirectly from the Municipality of Tirana.

Two other NGOs established and controlled by the wife of Mayor Erion Veliaj are 'Nan Gallery' and 'Muza'.

Here too, according to SPAK, the money for some cultural activities is said to have been provided by public funds from the Municipality of Tirana.

Which went through the signature of its head, Mr. Veliaj, into the pockets of the latter's wife, Ajola Xoxa.

'Nan Gallery' controlled by Ajola Xoxa is financed by an NGO called 'Frobolous' which organized an event with public funds financed by the Municipality of Tirana, specifically by Ergys Krisiko, a close person of Ajola Xoxa and the 'Harabel' Center.

The 'Muza' Center, founded by Erald Simixhiu, a relative of Ajola Xoxa, but controlled by the latter, has organized an event, the funds for which were provided by the Municipality of Tirana.

These funds were then distributed to Linda Kazani, a relative of Ajola Xoxa, and to the commercial company 'Arts LAB' owned by Erald Simixhiu, but which is actually owned by Ajola Xoxa.

This chain connection apparently continues with other companies owned by Ajola Xoxa.

As it is legally 'Partner Law', it is owned by the mayor's wife.

A company that appears to have made payments to citizen Adela Kondakçiu for services as an economist, for companies that are actually connected to Ajola Xoxan herself.

The NGO FROBOLOUS has carried out an activity and the funds for the event have been provided by the Municipality of Tirana.

These funds were then distributed to companies owned by Ajola Xoxa's family and relatives./ NeShenjester
