'Partizani' file/ Today again preliminary hearing at the GJKKO, will there be a decision?

Today at 1:00 PM, a preliminary hearing for the ''Partizani'' case is expected to take place again at the GJKKO, where Judge Fjorela Davidhi is expected to decide whether or not to proceed to trial with Sali Berisha, his son-in-law Jamarbër Malltezi and three other defendants.
A day earlier, the Supreme Court also dismissed the appeal made by the leader of the Democratic Party regarding the security measure of mandatory appearance. In the last preliminary session, held on April 18, lawyer Luan Hasneziri, legal representative of the company "Homeplan", was absent, who presented a medical report. The defendants requested a postponement of the session, but Judge Davidhi decided to replace him with a lawyer, mainly Pranvera Daci.
In her presence, the prosecution's positions and the defense's objections were developed. However, for the review of the objections of the "Homeplan" company, the presence of lawyer Hasneziri was required, and the decision-making was postponed to today, April 23. Today's session is expected to be the last, and the judge will withdraw for a decision.
