Another movement is reported to be taking place in Tirana Municipality.

After the dismissal of Toni Beni from the position of General Director of the Municipal Police, Elona Lalaj Xhelilaj  will be the successor to this position.

Referring to sources of "VNA.al", it is learned that Xhelilaj is expected to be appointed Head of the Municipal Police. This appointment seems to be part of the "broom" to remove Veliaj's people from the Municipality of Tirana.

Toni Beni, who was dismissed a month ago, was appointed as the Chief of Municipal Police. The latter was known as one of Veliaj's close associates in the Municipality of Tirana.
