Facts/ The crime scheme against the SP electorate in Fier is revealed

The investigative show "Piranjat" came to the aid of SPAK, revealing that the political leaders of the Fier district are not at all afraid of SPAK, nor do they feel pressure from the Fier Prosecutor's Office that they may be investigated for electoral crimes.
The "Piranhas" film crew was on the bus that brought people from Fier to Tirana for the SP's electoral campaign opening rally on April 12.
During the trip to Tirana, the Piranjats spoke with ordinary people, the poor, and during their conversations with them, they managed to document with voice and images how powerful people forced them to participate in the SP electoral rally, either to get a job or to keep a job, in violation of the law.
The first step before the buses leave is the reading out loud of a list of names, this seems to be an efficient way for the Party-state to verify the presence or absence of people employed in the administration. This strange appeal shows once again the great power of the employer, in this case the SP emissaries who promise Albania to the EU.
After the names are called, the buses depart from Fier towards the capital.
But based on Article 328/a of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Albania, "Forcing citizens under administrative dependence against their will or under threat of the use of administrative measures to participate in the electoral activity of an electoral subject constitutes a criminal offense and is punishable by a fine or imprisonment of up to six months."
Therefore, based on the footage we have published on our social networks, the Fier District Prosecutor's Office has registered a proceeding for the criminal offense of Use of Public Function for Political and Electoral Activities. And has requested that we make all filmed materials available.
