Flamur Noka finally reveals: Lulzim Basha won the elections in 2021, but Rama stole it!

From the studio of the show Paekzouzaarit, the deputy and secretary of the DP, Flamur Noka, said that in 2021 the Democratic Party won the elections. 

Unlike Berisha, Noka states that the DP did not sell the elections, but won them.

We recall that the speech began with the slander that Lulzim Basha had sold the elections and that therefore the Democrats should abandon Lulzim Basha. 

" It was a scandal because the DP had won at that time, but the victory was stolen from us. That day Rama... but I have always accepted that the DP won, " said Noka.
