Defamation trial at the GJKKO/ The hearing between Vilma Nushi and Albana Vokshi is postponed

The defamation hearing between businesswoman Vilma Nushi and Democratic MP Albana Vokshi has been postponed again at the Special Court.

The reason for the postponement of the session was the absence of prosecutor Elvin Gogaj, while the next session was scheduled for May 6.  

At the April 15th session, where both parties were present, Nushi read her claims, where she requested the conviction of Albana Vokshi for the criminal offense of "Defamation", regarding the statements she made to the Parliamentary Investigative Committee on "Sterilization".

Vilma Nushi and the 3P Life Logistic Company, which won the Check Up concession, have filed a complaint against Albana Vokshni for the criminal offense of "Defamation".

The concessionaire says that in 10 years the value of the project is 63 million euros in total, and not 130 million euros, as Vokshi has accused.
