He called the protesters "animals", to Lapaj-Rama: "You scoundrel, you steal and insult them!"

The leader of the "Albania Becomes" party, Adriatik Lapaj, has reacted to the statements of Prime Minister Edi Rama, who referred to the protesters with the term "animals".
Lapaj harshly criticized the language used by the prime minister, stating that citizens who have objections to the government should not be insulted for their positions.
According to Lapaj, Rama has exercised power for a long period thanks to the trust given by the citizens, while today, according to him, he is offending young Albanians and families who express dissatisfaction with the government.
In his speech, the leader of "Albania Becomes" asked the prime minister to step down from office and confront his opponents politically.
"You scoundrel, you made me Minister of Culture, you made me Mayor, and now Prime Minister, and you've been in power for 30 years, and today you call Albanian children 'scoundrels' just because they don't agree with the theft you're doing."
"You are the leader of thieves and you should resign. Resign and face the youth of your country. Step down from a position that is not yours," Lapaj said.
