Sterilization concession/ The court leaves former deputy minister Rrjepaj and businessman Rrapaj in prison

Former Deputy Minister of Health, Klodjan Rrjepaj and businessman Ilir Rrapaj, arrested for the sterilization concession, were released today in prison by the decision of the Court of Appeal.

The former minister, the businessman were arrested in the middle of August this year, where together with them, 6 other officials were charged for this concession. Even for them, the measures were left in force. 

Referring to the file, the connection between the former minister and the businessman, who won the concession for the sterilization of surgical sets whose value is estimated at 100 million euros, is proven.
