CEC tests equipment today: Residents of Unit 10 of Tirana and those of Vora will vote electronically

In the general parliamentary elections on May 11, residents of unit 10 in Tirana and the municipality of Vora will vote via electronic devices and not with ballots.
The Central Election Commission has announced that today at 11:30, it will conduct operational testing of electronic voter identification devices (EIDs), which will be used in the Assembly elections on May 11, 2025.
The CEC will use PEI devices to simulate the opening, closing, and voter identification process.
Testing will take place at the CEC Warehouse located in Vaqarr.
The Central Election Commission has invited representatives from political parties, civil society, and the media to participate in the testing process.
