Malaj reveals conversation with socialist MP: There will be a war between groups in the SP!

Former Minister of Finance and former member of the Socialist Party, Arben Malaj, expressed his concern regarding the political situation in the country during an interview with News24, focusing on the internal analysis of the SP on the eve of the May 11 parliamentary elections.
Malaj stressed that the SP is witnessing an inevitable clash between different groups, calling on the party to reflect on the closed lists of candidates. “Those who are on the closed lists of the SP are members of the government without political contributions. These are Rama's elections,” he declared.
The former minister stressed that taking on a political mandate without a good understanding of the party is not healthy. He quoted a fellow SP MP who had told him that a factional war within the party was expected.
"Those on the safe list have begun, after securing themselves, to attack the support of the old ones," Malaj added.
