The agreement in Ohrid, Rama: Historic! I hope the 'devil' is not hidden in the details

Prime Minister Edi Rama reacted to last night's agreement between Albin Kurti and Aleksandër Vucic in the Kosovo-Serbia marathon talks yesterday in Ohrid. This is how Rama described it: 

" A spring between the two largest nations of the Balkans (Albanians and Serbs).

Let's hope that the devil is not in the details tonight and that the agreed but unsigned deal is not another Balkan ruse! Otherwise, this would be a historic achievement that would announce a long-awaited spring in the relations between the two largest nations of the Balkans," Rama wrote on Twitter.

Then Rama congratulated the participants in today's meeting, with the wish that the agreement will be signed soon and become a reality again.

“Dhe le t'i urojmë sinqerisht katër protagonistët e tryezës së sotme të Ohrit, duke uruar që së shpejti marrëveshja e nënshkruar të kthehet në një realitet të ri të pakthyeshëm mes Kosovës dhe Serbisë, shqiptarëve dhe serbëve, Ballkanit Perëndimor dhe Bashkimit Evropian,”- ka shkruar më tej kryeministri Edi Rama.
Udhëheqësit e Kosovës dhe të Serbisë u pajtuan për zbatimin e Marrëveshjes drejt normalizimit të marrëdhënieve mes tyre, të mbështetur nga BE-ja. Borrell dhe Lajçak, dy përfaqësuesit e lartë të Bashkimit Evropian, ndërmjetësuan një takim maratonë midis kryeministrit të Kosovës, Albin Kurti, dhe presidentit të Serbisë, Aleksandar Vuçiç, takim që mund të rezultojë një prej bisedave më frytdhënëse mes dy liderëve në të gjithë këto vite.
