Friends, after the prosecution reported the charges of stealing 50 million euros through the Llogara tunnel alone, something unprecedented has happened to Lubi Balluku in the entire history of the Albanian state. She, in a decision that even Lady Macbeth leaves behind, decided to become a penitent. But she said to herself: "Better the penitent of the Sovereign than the penitent of Duman." After this oath, she publicly proclaimed the motto "I will take you with me" and spread it lightning fast throughout the narco-state. She took the motto from the ballad "Cili viu, viu, viu, kush ia fënd, ia fënd vetiu." With this motto, just like the ballad, Lubia, now the penitent of the Sovereign, terrified the dome of the state mafia to the core: Rama himself, ministers, high officials, judges, prosecutors, the chief of police, etc., but also her paid servants in the media.
Dear friends, you are rightly asking: why did Lubia decide to become Nuredin Dumani, a public government official? Why did she take on this role? The answer is complex.
First, she took this role because she knew more about Rama and the drug nomenclature than anyone else, even Rama and Hyseni themselves, or even more than Nuredini knew about Talon, Sueli, his Tao. Bistri and Agim Ismaili, on her orders and on her behalf, had been recording and hacking for years and years anyone she had ordered them to. Lubia has in her hands the richest archive of conversations, messages, intimate videos and photos of ministers, deputies, officials including Rama, Vlorë Hyseni, Ergys Agas, prosecutors, judges, but also ambassadors, journalists, opponents, as well as flatterers, etc.

First, on the day SPAK communicated the accusation to her, she communicated to Rama her decision to take him with her if he did not defend her and anyone who dared to speak against her.
Secondly, he woke up the gossip machine at midnight and filled Tirana in every corner with the nonsense that "Rama took me in Ankara" and that "for the Llogara tunnel I only followed his orders, so I will take the long-haired rascal with me."
Së treti, po atë mesnatë, urdhëroi dhe pariti njeriun më të afërt të Ramës në media, ideologun e narkoshtetit Baton Haxhiun, të botojë editorialin me titull Korrupsionin gjeopolitik e bën kryeministri dhe nuk mund ta bëjë ministri, duke pohuar kështu se 50 milionë euro në tunelin e Llogarasë nuk janë vjedhur nga Lubia, por nga Rama, sepse ajo ishte “vjedhje gjeopolitike”, kompetencë e kryeministrit, dhe se ajo, me urdhër të tij, tenderin e tunelit të Llogarasë ia dha kompanisë turke me ofertë 190 milion euro dhe jo kompanisë së dytë me ofertë 140 milion euro. Së katërti, ajo, tashmë e penduara e parë publike, të nesërmen e komunikimit të aktakuzës i kërkoi Ramës të mblidhte me urgjencë në selinë e PS qeverinë dhe kryesinë e PS. Në këtë mbledhje, me tone të egra kërcënuese të një prokuroreje, ajo iu drejtua të pranishmëve se “kushdo që do guxonte të çilte gojën, ajo do ta merrte me vete!”. Kurse Rama, duke i bërë një mbrojtje të plotë dhe pa kushte asaj, iu tha ministrave dhe anëtarëve të kryesisë së PS se SPAK-u ka sulmuar Partinë Socialiste dhe se Belinda nuk ka bërë asgjë, por gjithçka, e tëra kjo mesele është kundër tij, ndaj “mos guxoni ta sulmoni.”
Së pesti, kulmin e suksesit, Lubi Balluku, e penduara publike, e pati në kacafytjen prej 7 orësh me Edi Ramën në zyrën e tij.
Në këtë takim, Rama i kërkoi Lubisë dorëheqjen duke e siguruar se ai nuk do pranonte kurrë heqjen e imunitetit dhe arrestimin e saj, madje ai do bënte që SPAK-u të mos guxonte të kërkonte ndonjëherë një gjë të tillë. Kurse Lubia kërkoi prerë nga Rama që të mos zbatohej vendimi derisa ta shqyrtonte Gjykata e Lartë dhe të dërgonte ai dhe Këshilli i Ministrave kërkesën për pezullimin e vendimit të GJKKO.
Rama, në prani të dy dëshmitarëve, refuzoi kërkesën e saj të përsëritur që ai dhe Këshilli i Ministrave, dhe jo ajo vetë, t’i drejtoheshin Gjykatës Kushtetuese. Pas 7 orësh negociatash, Rama ndërpreu takimin për një darkë me mysafirë të lartë, dhe pas largimit të saj, u tha Ulziut dhe Don Agacios se pas darke ai di t’i mbushë mendjen asaj të japë dorëheqjen. Në fakt, ai takim nuk u zhvillua, sepse gjatë darkës Lubia i zuri atij kafshatën në fyt duke i dërguar me dhjetëra mesazhe, por edhe dokumenta dhe video nga dosja e SPAK-ut dhe arkiva e saj, me të cilat ia bëri darkën zeher dhe e bindi Ramën se dosja e Lubisë, de facto dhe de jure, ishte dosja më së pari e tij, dhe se aq sa mund të ndash tymin me blozën, mund t’i ndaje në atë dosje ata nga njëri-tjetri.
Të nesërmen, Rama, me të gdhirë, urdhëroi Don Agacion që, në një akt të pashembullt në historinë e Europës, të padisë në emër të tij dhe të Këshillit të Ministrave në Gjykatën Kushtetuese vendimin e GJKKO për pezullimin nga detyra të Lubisë.

In fact, Lubia, publicly repentant, managed with incredible speed to disfigure the Constitutional Court without meeting for a decision, which, trampling on the Constitution and its own precedent, set the day of the review and declaration of the illegal suspension of Lubi Balluku on December 12.
In conclusion, friends, Lubia, alone but publicly repentant, triumphed and now, just like in the ballad: "Whoever lives, lives, lives, whoever does it, does it to himself", you have seen it or not, a dead man goes with a living man, both riding the same horse!
