Edi Rama: Regarding underground parking... I finished my term as mayor in 2011 and I didn't have it in Elbasan, here we have a mayor who every time he sees me he has a heroic smile. That should take this into consideration, but on the other hand we have made a national program to support municipalities for parking, we will even engage foreign architects for beautiful buildings, not just car depots.
