"The program is implemented if the money does not go to 7x7=313", Basha with young people voting for the first time: 4 information technology campuses...

The political leader of the Euro-Atlantic Coalition, Lulzim Basha, during a meeting with young people voting for the first time, presented some of the main points of his program. He highlighted the construction of four technological campuses in Tirana-Durrës, Korçë-Elbasan, Shkodër-Lezhë and Vlorë-Fier, with an investment of 200 million euros per year for the training of 25 thousand young people in four years.
Basha also spoke about supporting young couples with subsidies for loans and housing rent, aiming to facilitate the establishment of new families. Another proposal is to increase the bonus for children, up to 20 thousand euros for the third child.
He also said that state lunches for students and more after-school classes for the development of technological, artistic and sports skills. Basha said that all these policies have been audited by German experts and financially calculated, pledging that they will be implemented through the fight against corruption.
Part of Basha's speech
In our program that we unveiled on June 1st of last year, the largest public investment is the construction of four information technology campuses, which will open on the Tirana-Durrës, Korçë-Elbasan, Shkodër-Lezhë and Vlorë-Fier axes. 200 million euros each year to train 25 thousand young men and women over the course of four years, to introduce them to the information technology market.
Our commitments to the family are as follows: 30 thousand young couples will benefit from loan relief to buy a flat, or rent a flat in order to start their family. One of the main obstacles to starting a family for a young couple is that flats are very expensive, both in Tirana and throughout Albania. The relief of loan interests, the assumption of collateral risk, or the relief of rent, for those who will be renting, has a financial bill. For 30 thousand young couples, this financial bill is estimated to be approximately 45 million euros. Everything that we have undertaken with our program is costed and included in a general framework that is 100% compliant and audited by German auditors.
It is unfeasible if the money continues to be taken by Edi Rama's friends at 7x7-313. Or Sali Berisha's friends, from Ilir Meta to Elvis Roshi and friends. But if we fight corruption, these funds, which the Supreme Audit Office itself estimates at billions of euros every year, will come to support these policies.
I'm taking the second policy, the baby bonus. Today it's about 400 euros, we're going to increase it to 2 thousand euros for the first and second child, 20 thousand euros for the third child. We expect this to stimulate something that is in dramatic decline, population growth, so that young couples have more children. So that family planning is about how to have children, not how not to have children.
The third investment, also in helping families, is that children from the first grade to the end of school will benefit from state lunch, it is a reduced cost for families, for parents. And they will benefit from 3 or 4 more hours in renovated, invested school facilities where they will learn computers, information technology, foreign languages, will engage in art or sports. So, a system that is successfully used in the West so that children grow up as well-educated, as healthy and as cultured as possible.
So, we will spend a certain amount from the state budget, we will get much more back, not on the first day but after 4 years with the harvest of the first fruits of this policy. Yes, we want the youth to have opportunities here and for this reason our investments focus on those aspects that you are lacking today.
