PS complains to the CEC about the emigrant vote: The private company is not fulfilling its obligations! The envelope did not go to members of the same family! Complaints from the USA, Greece and Italy

The Socialist Party has sent a letter of complaint to the CEC, highlighting a series of problems encountered during the out-of-country voting process, requesting immediate measures.

These concerns have been conveyed by citizens living outside the territory of Albania and include:

Failure to comply with DHL notification protocols via email and SMS, especially in Greece and Italy.

Difficulty communicating with DHL, where contacts do not respond or appear as "call failed".

Refusal to receive return envelopes from DHL, especially in Greece, and cases where citizens are asked to physically deliver them to the post office.

Request for payment for returning envelopes from DHL.

Ballots are missing from the envelopes, with specific cases in the US, Italy, England and Greece.

Uneven distribution of envelopes within the same family.

Messages about incorrect address, despite its confirmation by voters.

Unannounced delivery by couriers, resulting in the return of envelopes without the voters' knowledge.

Non-recognition of bar codes by DHL in some cases, especially in Brescia, Italy.

The SP requests that the CEC intervene with DHL to resolve these issues as soon as possible, ensuring that the external voting process is conducted in a regular and effective manner.
