Cardboard boxes filled with ballots are seen in the following footage, which was provided by LSA, inside the premises of the Olympic Park in Tirana.
The ballots are for voters outside Albania, while the environment for monitoring the vote is also being prepared.
The State Election Commissioner, Ilirjan Celibashi, said a few days ago that after the arrival of the ballots, the preparation of envelopes and all relevant documentation will begin.
"Around April 7-8, we will have the ballots here for voting from abroad, while on April 8-9-10 we will begin preparing the envelopes and all the documentation for voters abroad, hoping that this process will be completed by April 15 or 17 at the latest. Afterwards, there will be enough time to bring them to the CEC by 7:00 PM on May 11," Celibashi said on April 2.
