The President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelensky, announced through a post on the "X" platform (formerly Twitter) that he had a telephone conversation with the Prime Minister of Albania, Edi Rama.
Zelensky writes that he briefly informed Rama about the situation on the war front and in diplomacy, while emphasizing that Ukraine is working with all partners to stop the war and avoid further casualties.
"We discussed preparations for meetings on important international stages. These will be special formats of cooperation with partners. We will do everything to protect our people," he wrote.
At the end of his message, Zelensky expressed gratitude for Albania's support: "Thank you, Edi. Thank you, Albania, for your unwavering support for Ukraine."
