Rama: We have gained the trust of the EU, they say that if you meet the criteria, we will receive them within 2027

Prime Minister Edi Rama is invited tonight to the show "The Unexposed" on MCN TV. Asked by journalist Ylli Rakipi about the country's chances of joining the EU, after many years of waiting, Rama said that the EU is a house of riches and its door opens only when it creates trust.

"It happened to us that we were ready, according to their conditions, one of them, the Dutch one, would come out and say no, the other one would come out and say no. It's a rich house, it's not a poor house. The rich house doesn't open the door because you knock, it doesn't open, you knock as much as you want. They open it when you create trust, respect and when they have an interest.
