Sali Berisha declared during a press conference that he would lobby for the abolition of the non-grata.

Berisha does not say how he will lobby, nor does he say how much this will cost him.

It is known that lobbying in the US runs into large sums, and an issue like the "non grata" declaration by the State Department, involving about 15 intelligence agencies, can require millions of dollars just for the procedure and without a guarantee that it can be lifted.

We recall that the Berisha family spent a full 600 thousand pounds just for the lost trial in Britain on the same issue.

I have emphasized and I emphasize that as long as the Biden administration was in power, I decided not to lobby for a single moment.

Why? Because I chose the court and sued the Secretary of State.

It is with great regret that I took this action, but with full conviction that it was the right thing to do.

So, from May 19, 2021 to January 20, 2025, I did not do any lobbying, zero lobbying. I followed the court process.

The involvement of the fierce enemy of Albanian democracy, George Soros and Alexis respectively, in these processes is evident.

And the involvement of the corrupt McGonigal is proven, a traitor to the interests of his own nation, as the American judge says, tasked with protecting American citizens from corruption, himself became a beneficiary of Edi Rama's corruption.

So, without a doubt, I will take the steps, but before I take these steps, I will mainly consult with lawyers on what path they suggest I follow.

Now I have no problem whatsoever, I have welcomed with great pleasure the decisions taken by President Donald Trump to prevent the use of American taxpayer money against conservative oppositions around the world.

His decision, or his directive against corrupt political justice, created in the US and not only in the US, but also in allied countries, and as you saw, the removal of a large number, among which I must say also corrupt elements in Albania, from the State Department administration and others.

So, there are extremely positive developments...

...No, it's different. He's an old friend. He's a former advisor to Reagan, he's one of the most well-known legal exponents of the Republican Party, he's been an electoral advisor to all the presidents, up to McCain, where he had the most important position.

And, absolutely on his own initiative, he has not submitted any request to any institution for the removal of his design, but has stated that, faced with this shameful injustice that has been committed, I have decided to try to have the US Congress undertake an investigation into this absurd decision. And this effort is pro bono, so it is free of charge.

So, he has no contract with Sali Berisha, he undertook it himself. He is a very well-known and respected man in American conservative circles.

And for that I am very grateful.
