The Political Leader of the Euro-Atlantic Coalition, Lulzim Basha, has presented the candidates for deputies of the Korça district to the structures. The names that will compete on the open list are Shpëtim Agolli, Laureta Alidinaj, Elvin Bregu, Rodolf Cenolli, Sara Çaçi, Besnik Ibi, Ilir Koro, Andi Prifti, Dhimitri Sino and Marinela Ziu.

In his speech, Basha responded to Prime Minister Edi Rama, who in the last video said that "the call 'O Rame' has been made to him like a police siren." He ironically told Rama that this is a good sign, since a day will come when it will not be his voice, but will truly be the police siren.

Basha further underlined the importance of the coalition's program, which focuses on youth, entrepreneurs, farmers and the persecuted, and stressed that the open list will allow citizens to elect MPs who serve them, in contrast to the practice of Rama and Berisha's "closed lists".

You know where his friends are, he's at the 313th, he's there. Even in Durrës, the cells are filling up with his friends. He's there and you see, he came out tonight and said to me why he's pointing at his friends. Excuse me, are they your friends or my friends. Who brought them? Did I bring them? Whose friend is Ilir Beqja? Rama's. Why are you calling me, Rame, Rame - he says, like a police car. Wait, Rame, wait, because if my voice is like a police siren, this is not a good sign, Rame. However, since I started it, I'll tell you, I believe in the independence of justice, so when the time comes, it won't be my voice but it will truly be the police siren. Who brought Lali Erin? Did one of our candidates bring him here? You brought him with Ram. Who brought Sajmir Tahiri? Edi Rama. Yes, Ter Kokë of the incinerators, who was taking selfies since then and calling these others of Ilir Meta, loved them then, he loved Ilir too, we have forgotten Ilir too. With this program and with this team, we have come before the Albanians. On an open list, we are all on an open list. Therefore, it will be up to the voters of Korça and Pogradec, Maliq and Devoll, Erseka and Kolonja and Leskovik, who and who they will take to parliament with the open list. And this separates us from the old guard, with Edi Rama who combined votes with Sali Berisha to close the lists. The Constitutional Court opened them, these closed them. Why? Because these people do not want deputies in Parliament who serve the people. They want a personal barracks in Parliament to serve the mayors. They enrich themselves at the expense of citizens to steal and continue to steal Albanian taxes without being held accountable before the courts. To oppose SPAK with all means and methods, as they did a year ago when they released the corrupt people that SPAK had convicted. That is why they need closed lists.
