Today the trial of Mediu, the court decides whether Shkëlzen Berisha will be called as a witness

GJKKO decides today which witnesses will be heard in the trial for the former Minister of Defense Fatmir Mediu, accused of abuse of office in relation to the process of demilitarization and dismantling of ammunition in the workshop of Gërdec. 

The relatives of the victims of Gërdec have requested that the testimony of 12 other people be taken in the trial that will take place today (October 3) for Fatmir Mediu.

Among the list, two important names stand out, the former managers of the American company "AEY", Efraim Diveroli and David Packouz, whose testimony can be very valuable for the court, as they can confess the role of Shkëlzen Berisha in that crime state that took the lives of 26 innocent people.

The court process is expected to be long and due to the large number of witnesses who are expected to be heard in court.
