"Let's put an end to Rama's policy of 'one thief falls, thousands rise'", Basha from Fier: The May 11 vote is also for a SPAK that fights corruption more strongly

The Political Leader of the Euro-Atlantic Coalition, Lulzim Basha, presented today the candidates for deputies of the Fier district to the structures.
In his speech, Basha referred to the recent exchanges with Prime Minister Rama and said that his subordinates have still not answered the simple question: where are their friends who abused their power?
He also said that the Prime Minister's motto that "one thief falls, hundreds of other thieves rise" must be put to an end.
For this, Basha said that full support should be given to SPAK, emphasizing that this institution is not enough to end corruption, but requires the support of the people to support it with concrete actions and bring change to Albania.
He further calls on citizens that "the popular SPAK is May 11th."

The Prime Minister and his subordinates, even today, do not have the courage and his friends do not have the courage to answer me for a very simple question. Which even here in Fier we will paraphrase with the words of the famous rapper "Where are your friends, Rame". Where are your friends, Rame? 313. 7x7, 313. Someone told me on the street, my children are 10 years old, what is 313? And I explained to them what 313 is, it is the place where the corrupt officials arrested by SPAK are.
It is the prison where even that part that is still proven to be free, but that is under investigation and that the objective of these elections is to somehow escape justice, not to help Albanians. You don't answer me, where are your friends, Rame? You say where are your friends. My true friends, my true friends, are here in this hall, they are our candidates, they are the human face of a human politics.
They are the public of Fier and all of Albania, who are waiting for change. I have no regrets for those who were left behind, held captive by their files, whether security or corruption, or by the sick ego that stinks of rotten eggs, and for which they were willing to lick what they spat out from breakfast to dinner.
I have no regrets, I tell God 100 times a day, Thank you for saving me from them and blessing me with true friends. That's why we are here, to serve the citizens. Look at this team. Our team all over Albania. There is not a single person who is afraid of SPAK. Why? Because they come to serve, they don't come to take.
So let's bring it back here from Fier once again, Rame, where are your friends? As they say, "one falls, thousands rise". But this is the problem, Rame, as long as you are in charge, for every thief who falls, a thousand thieves rise and this must end. We can no longer accept, one thief falls and another thief rises. Of course, SPAK will do its job, we will give it total support.
Today in opposition and tomorrow with the vote of Albanians in the government of the country. With our program, with our team, with our determination, and we will work with our strategic allies to complete the acid cleaning of the corrupt scene of Albanian politics.
But it is not enough, SPAK is an asset, but alone and isolated it is not enough to bring what the families, parents, the youth of Fier and Albania want. Because if the policy of Edi Rama and the SP is that one thief falls, thousands rise, then it is up to the entire people to be SPAK. The popular SPAK is May 11.
