"Tirana has extraordinary girls"/ Who did the Secretary General of the Council of Europe meet in Albania, before writing to Epstein!

The former Secretary General of the Council of Europe, Thorbjon Jagland, was on a two-day visit to Tirana in May 2012, where the agenda included important meetings with President Bamir Topi, Prime Minister Sali Berisha, the Speaker of Parliament, Jozefina Topalli, and the Foreign Minister, Edmond Haxhinasto.
But while he was engaged in the politics of the day in Tirana, another detail caught his eye: the extraordinary Albanian girls.
Jeffrey Epstein also conveyed this to him a day later via an email, informing him that he had been in our country.
According to archives from the time, he met with Prime Minister Sali Berisha, whom he congratulated on assuming the chairmanship of the Committee of Ministers of the Council of Europe.
Tirana at that time was seething with debate over the election of the President when Bamir Topi was in the last month of his term and Sali Berisha did not have enough votes to elect the new head of state in the first three rounds.
At a press conference on May 24, 2012, Jagland, who had previously been Prime Minister of Norway, called for the election of a consensual President.
A day later, his impressions of our country had remained with the "extraordinary girls of Tirana."
