Lawyer Saimir Vishaj has stated tonight that many important employees of the administration have come to the office after being ordered by their superiors to sign, a signature which can lead them to prison.
"After May 14, many employees of the administration and important employees from the Energy, Economy, Ministry of Health are coming to my office, they want to get rid of the administration", said lawyer Saimir Vishaj in Top Story.
Starting from the arrest of the General Secretary of Health Joana Duro, Vishaj said that the fear of punishment has struck and the administration employees want to leave their jobs after being ordered by their superiors to sign, a signature which can lead them to prison.
"After May 14, many employees of the administration and important employees from the Energy, Economy, Ministry of Health are coming to my office, they want to escape from the administration. The fear of punishment has knocked. They have a problem, they entered with free will, and they are not leaving. An hour ago they say, the bosses ordered us to sign and one day we will be in SPAK. Dozens want to get rid of the administration once and for all because their superiors force them by delegating the firm, land area, for example the coast, if it was not delegated from above, the Cadastre does not act from below. They want the people of the administration to escape an hour before tomorrow, because they are sure that they will go behind bars tomorrow. Their leaders will say I had no idea, signed the specialist. This is the shape of the pyramid that was erected in Albania", said Vishaj.
Sipas avokatit Vishaj, SPAK ka minimizuar korrupsionin në vitet e fundit.
“Unë them që në 2016 po minimizohet. Nuk mund ta zhdukem dot korrupsionin. Po kalojmë në qasje tjetër, del ambasadorja pse u lirua ky, 100 kërkesa të nisura nga prokuroria. Korrupsioni nuk është vetëm ryshfeti është edhe mos dhënia e drejtësisë”, shtoi Vishaj.
Avokati Vishaj doli edhe kundër ministres Manastirliu, duke thënë se çështja e ish sekretares së ministrisë së Shëndetësisë nuk është vetëm përgjegjësi individuale.
“Një ministre del përpara dhe thotë përgjegjësi individuale, jo moj shoqe sepse këtu përgjegjësia nuk është individuale, kjo është përgjegjësi e rekrutuesit. Kjo sekretare nuk vajti si pasojë e meritës e saj, ti e rekrutove përgjegjësia këtu fillon që nga rekrutimi. Madje me aq sa kam unë informacion është dënuar nga KQZ sepse ka marrë pjesë në zgjedhje duke sponsorizuar. Paratë ne themi 300 mijë lekë, po janë 3 milion lekë të vjetra”, tha Vishaj në Top Story.
Vishaj kritikoi gjithashtu Dumanin pasi SPAK rrodhi informacione.
“Drejtuesi i SPAK-ut që është zoti Dumani, aty ku kishim rrjedhje të informacioneve, në këto lloj korrupsioni SPAK-u doli zbuluar. Ti ke njoftuar kryeministrin. Rrjedhja e informacionit që ky subjekt duhet ta kishte mbajtur sekret nuk ka pse ti thoje kryeministrit”, tha Vishaj.
Meanwhile, Vishaj complimented SPAKU for its first case that they have arrested an official.
"SPAK should not always be cursed. It is the first time that an official has been handcuffed for the work he does or for corruption. This is the first time and should be congratulated", said Vishaj.
