Today, the preparation of election materials for Albanians who will vote outside the country's territory has begun.
Regarding the process, it is learned that first the ballot is stamped, placed in an envelope, then placed in the CEC envelope, along with a guide on how to vote, as well as a list of courier contacts who can be called after completing the voting process.
It is reported that some regions such as Kukës, Dibra, Vlora and others, for which the preparation of materials has been completed and they will be sent immediately by mail, starting this Saturday.
The envelopes with the ballots are expected to begin returning to the CEC by the middle of next week, but their counting will take place on May 11.
