Baklasare rolls with cheese
Ingredients:
1 package of ready-made noodles
2 eggs
1 cup of yogurt
1 cup of milk
100 ml of oil or melted butter
200-300 g of white cheese (or mixed with a little spinach)
Salt to taste
Preparation:
In a bowl, mix the white cheese with an egg and a little salt (if the cheese is not salty). Take a sheet of foil, grease it with a little oil, place a little of the filling along one side and roll it into a small roll. Repeat this with all the foil and place the mini-rolls on a baking tray greased with oil or with baking paper. Beat the other egg with the yogurt, milk and a little oil (or melted butter). Pour the mixture over the rolls, leaving them to soften for 10 minutes. Bake them in a preheated oven at 180-200°C for 30-40 minutes, until they get a nice color.
