170 g of coconut flour, 200 g of sugar, 40 g of cake flour, 2 eggs, a little salt, cocoa powder, powdered sugar
Preparation
1. Prepare the cookie dough. Mix the two types of flour and sugar.
2. Make a hole in the middle and pour in the eggs and salt. Work the dough first with the help of a spoon and then with your hands until you get a firm and homogeneous dough.
3. Divide the dough into small balls with a diameter of about 1 cm. Dust the halves with powdered sugar, the halves with cocoa powder.
4. Line the pans with baking paper and place the cookies at a distance from each other.
5. Bake in the oven at 14 degrees C for 10 minutes. Let them cool and serve with coffee or tea.
