Sweet bread with raisins

500 grams of flour, 1 envelope of yeast, 200 ml of warm water, 2 tablespoons of honey, ½ teaspoon of cinnamon, 1 teaspoon of cloves, 1 teaspoon of goji berries, 2 tablespoons of olive oil, 100 grams of raisins, a little honey for coating
Preparation
Place the raisins in a small container of water.
Pour the warm water into a large bowl and melt the yeast together with the honey, cinnamon and cloves. Mix the flour with a little salt and sift it into the bowl where we dissolved the yeast. We mix it well until a complete mass is achieved and then we work it well until the dough acquires elasticity. Cover the dough with a napkin and let it rest in a warm place for about 30 minutes.
After the dough has come, we work it again with our hands and open it like a complete noodle. We throw in half of the raisins that we softened, fold the dough, inserting the raisins inside. We open the dough again and place the other raisins. Gather it again and then divide the dough into medium balls. We put the cookies in a pan where we have laid a non-stick paper. Cover the pan with a napkin and let it stand for 15-20 minutes. Then we put it in the oven for baking at a temperature of 180 degrees Celsius for 15 minutes.
