Spicy crackers and cheese

They are perfect and fresh, very easy to prepare.
Ingredients
225 grams of cheddar cheese
4 tablespoons of unsalted butter
135 grams of flour
3 tablespoons of cold water
1 teaspoon of salt
3 teaspoons of red pepper.
GUIDELINES
Heat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
In a large bowl, combine the cheese, butter, pepper and salt. Beat them well with the help of an electric beater.
Add the flour and water at the same time. Keep stirring until you create a homogeneous mass of dough.
If it seems too dry, add a little more water. Divide the dough into two parts, wrap it in kitchen paper and leave it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
You will take out the dough, you will work it lengthwise and with the help of a knife you will cut the crackers into circles with a thickness of 2 cm.
After that, place them in a pan where you have previously laid a kitchen paper. They should have a space from each other.
Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
