Fondue with Fontina cheese

Infusion time: 30 minutes

Ingredients

 200 g of Fontina cheese, 200 ml of milk, 2 egg yolks

Preparation

1. Cut Fontina cheese into cubes. Place in a saucepan and cover with milk.

2. Let them infuse each other for 30 minutes.

3. Add the egg yolks, stir and cook over a slow fire (or a bain-marie), until a uniform creamy mass is obtained.

4. Serve with thick slices of toast, toast and a glass of white wine.
