Beef fricassee

Ingredients
½ kg ground beef
1 ½ kg lettuce
1 dry onion
3 green onions, thinly sliced
5 tablespoons olive oil
1 cup red wine
coffee 1 cup tea thinly sliced fennel
1 egg yolk
1 cup 0% fat yogurt
1 spoon of corn flour
2 bay leaves
Salt and black peppercorns.
GUIDELINES
Put the onion in a pot and fry it without oil. Next, add the meat and fry it until it gets a little color.
Sauté the meat and onion with red wine.
Add bay leaf, salt, pepper and 2 cups of water and let the meat simmer slowly for about 1-2 hours, until the meat is cooked.
Towards the end of the cooking, add the oil, green salad, green onion and dill.
Prepare the egg-lemon mixture. In a bowl, beat the lemon juice with the egg and corn flour, until a homogeneous mass is obtained.
Add yogurt and continue mixing.
Remove the pot from the heat, take some juice from the meat and slowly add it to the bowl with eggs and lemon, stirring constantly.
Finally, we pour the contents of the bowl into the pot and stir it lightly to spread it everywhere.
We serve it warm.
