Ingredients:

250 g of spinach
200 g of flour
550-600 ml of milk
2 eggs
50 g of wholemeal flour
2 l of olive oil

For filling:

Ham and cheese
Preparation:
Put the spinach in boiling water, then put it in cold water. We put the spinach in the blender where we add the flour, milk and eggs.
